Rochester Riverside Study

Carefully integrated around existing historic listed buildings, this waterfront regeneration strategy, includes a mixed use housing scheme including up to 200 quality housing units orientated towards the river. The scheme is seen as a vital catalyst in the regeneration of the waterfront and has been developed in tandem with the local authority, integrating the proposed riverside walkway and landscaping improvements to the whole area. The configuration of the layout reflects the overall pattern of the site with its distinctive river views.
